Ask something elseDo you work through the government tender process?
Yes, it is one of our four services. We bid, deliver and close through the formal process, with 32 documented work orders and completion certificates on our register, including ministries, public universities and the Bangladesh Secretariat.
Who actually does the work?
Our own people. More than 100 engineers are employed in-house across five delivery teams, including Microsoft, Red Hat and Cisco certified specialists. We do not pass your project to subcontracted labor.
How does a project start?
With the requirement in writing. Tell us what you are building, we reply within one business day, and nothing moves until scope is captured and agreed. You get a clear proposal with stages, timeline and acceptance criteria before any work begins.
How do you keep delivery on track?
Staged testing and documentation at every step. Integration and acceptance results are recorded before handover, so progress can be verified rather than taken on trust. ISO 9001:2015 keeps that discipline audited.
What happens after handover?
You receive as-built records, configuration documentation and user training, and manufacturer warranties pass through to you in full. Support continues after the completion certificate is signed.
